Managed IT & Security
Computers, accounts, and backups that just work.
The everyday IT a small business actually runs on: workstations, the network, email and file access, and a backup that has been tested. One number to call when something stops working.
The problem
Nobody owns IT until something stops working.
For most small businesses the IT plan is whoever is best with computers plus a folder of passwords. It holds up until a laptop dies, an account gets phished, or the one person who knew the Wi-Fi password leaves. What changes it is not enterprise software. It is someone accountable for the accounts, the backups, and the restore actually working.

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
How is this different from website care?
Website care covers the site and its hosting: uptime, updates, backups, and performance. Managed IT covers the business itself: the computers, the network, the email accounts, and the file storage. Most businesses want the first and eventually want both.
Do you provide 24/7 helpdesk?
No, and we will not claim to. Support runs during business hours with an emergency path for genuine outages. If you need round-the-clock staffed coverage or a regulated environment like healthcare or senior living, you need a larger provider, and we will tell you that on the first call.
Do you replace our current IT person?
Not necessarily. We often work alongside an internal person, taking the systems administration and security work so they can stay on the floor. Where there is nobody, we take the whole thing.
What size business is this for?
Roughly five to fifty people on one or two sites. Below that, ad hoc support is usually cheaper for you. Well above it, you want a dedicated provider with a staffed service desk.
Do you handle cybersecurity?
The practical layer: multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, patching, access control, and staff training. That is where nearly every real small-business incident is won or lost. Formal penetration testing and compliance audits are specialist work, and we bring in a specialist rather than pretending otherwise.
