Analytics & Reporting
Know which marketing actually pays.
Most businesses have analytics installed and still cannot say where last month's jobs came from. We wire tracking to the things that matter, calls and form fills and sales, then send one report a person can read.
The problem
A dashboard nobody reads is not measurement.
Sessions, bounce rate, and impressions do not tell you whether to keep paying for something. The number that decides a budget is cost per booked job, and getting to it means tracking the call and the form, tying them to a source, and reporting once a month in words instead of charts.
What's included
What you get.
Scope is set per project. This is the shape of the work.
Tracking done properly
GA4 plus a privacy-friendly analytics layer, installed once, checked against reality rather than assumed.
Conversion tracking
Calls, form fills, quote requests, and purchases recorded as events, not guessed from page views.
Attribution
Which channel produced the lead: search, map pack, ads, email, or referral. Including the ones we do not run.
Consent and privacy
A consent layer that keeps the data lawful and still usable, wired to the ad platforms correctly.
One monthly report
A short document in plain language: what changed, what it means, and what we are doing about it.
FAQ
Questions worth asking.
We already have Google Analytics. Is that enough?
Usually not. In most accounts we audit, conversions are either not configured or firing on the wrong thing, so the numbers look fine and mean nothing. The first job is verifying what is actually being recorded.
Can you track phone calls?
Yes. Clicks on the number are tracked by default, and for a fuller picture we can set up tracking numbers that record the source of the call without changing the number customers see on your listing.
Do you report on work you did not do?
Yes, and that is the point. If your best channel is a referral partner or a directory we have nothing to do with, the report says so.
Is this GDPR and CCPA safe?
We install a consent layer and only fire advertising tags once consent is given. It costs a slice of data accuracy and it keeps you out of trouble, which is the right trade.
