What your operation runs on
The systems, named.
Public-facing sites built to WCAG 2.2 AA, with the audit trail to show it
Forms, records, and workflow surfaces that hold up to a records request
Hosting, monitoring, backups, and a stated response path
Content systems a public-information officer can run without a developer
Documented handover, so the work survives a change of staff
One accountable owner for the whole system, on a contract that says so

How we deliver it
The services behind those systems.
Ordered by what this industry reaches for first, not alphabetically.
Marketing sites that hold up, and landing pages built for one job: turn a click into a call, a quote, or a sale.
Sites built to WCAG 2.1 AA, with the structure and care that practices in regulated fields need from day one.
Hosting, monitoring, updates, backups, and the queue of small fixes. One retainer and one number to call after launch.
ERP and CRM integration, payments, shop and dealer management systems, booking, email and SMS, migrations. One system that talks to itself.
FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Are you registered to do business with the government?
Yes, THICKRIM is registered and active in SAM.gov. UEI, CAGE, and NAICS codes are available on request.
Do you handle accessibility compliance?
Yes. Accessibility is built in rather than audited on at the end, which is both cheaper and the only way it actually holds. We can also assess an existing site and tell you what a remediation would take.
Are you available as a subcontractor?
Yes. We work as a prime on smaller engagements and as a subcontractor on larger ones. Request a capability statement on the contact page.
