Automotive & Aftermarket
Software and digital operations for automotive businesses.
Custom and performance shops, parts brands, service operations, and the platforms they use for quotes, work orders, invoices, and payments. This is the vertical with the strongest published client evidence.
What your operation runs on
The systems, named.
- Quotes and work orders that survive a parts delay
- Parts catalogs, fitment data, and product configurators
- Storefronts with reservations, deposits, and real payment flows
- Shop management and DMS integrations, so the site isn't a second system to keep updated
- Scheduling, intake, and the follow-up that turns an inquiry into a booked job
- Hosting and monitoring for a business that loses money when the phone doesn't ring

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Do you build for shops or for parts brands?
Both, and they need different things. A shop needs the operational side — quotes, work orders, scheduling, payment. A parts brand needs the commerce side — catalog, fitment, configuration, checkout. We have shipped and still operate both.
Can you integrate with our shop management system?
Usually yes. Most shop management and DMS platforms expose an API or a data export, and where they don't there is normally a workable path. Tell us which system you're on and we'll tell you what's possible before you commit to anything — start on the contact page.
We already have a site. Do we have to start over?
No, and often you shouldn't. We audit first and say plainly whether to fix or rebuild. If it's slow, broken, or abandoned, start with Website Rescue.
Who runs it after launch?
THICKRIM can remain responsible for operation after launch, including hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and incident response. See how we run things.
