The support line is now 24/7
June 24, 2026
Our support line now runs around the clock.
A site that goes down at 9pm on a Saturday isn't a Monday problem — it's a weekend of lost calls. So the number on the support page is answered outside business hours, and requests go to a person who triages them rather than into a queue that gets read the next morning.
What it covers: websites and web apps, servers and hosting, WordPress, email and DNS, CI/CD pipelines, and general desktop and tech help.
Who can use it: anyone. You don't have to be a client, and we don't have to have built the thing that's broken.
How to reach it: call for anything urgent. A site that's fully down, a suspected compromise, failing lead forms, or checkout that can't process orders all jump the queue. For everything else, the form on the support page sets a priority and gets a real reply.
Calls beat forms when something is actively costing you money. That hasn't changed and won't.
