The service menu is reorganized around outcomes
July 9, 2026
The services section has been rebuilt around what a business is trying to accomplish rather than what we happen to call the discipline internally.
The old menu listed capabilities. That's an accurate description of a studio and a bad description of a decision — nobody wakes up wanting "integrations," they want the lead that came in at 7am to already be in the CRM when they open the laptop.
What changed:
- Every service page now leads with the problem it solves, then what's actually included, then the questions people ask before signing.
- Two flagship engagements got their own pages: Digital Operations for businesses that want the whole digital side owned, and Website Rescue for inherited sites that need a diagnosis before anything else.
- Related services are cross-linked at the bottom of each page, so there's a next step that isn't the contact form.
What didn't change: the work, the scope, or what anything costs. Pricing is still set per project after a conversation, because a number quoted before anyone has looked at your setup is a guess dressed up as a proposal.
More service pages are being written and will appear as they're finished.
