Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by THICKRIM LLC unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Payments for completed work, strategy, consulting, design, development, setup, hosting, maintenance, support, third-party services, and pass-through costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly services may be cancelled according to the applicable agreement, proposal, invoice, or subscription terms.

Unless otherwise stated, monthly services require 30 days' written notice to cancel.

Cancellation does not remove responsibility for unpaid invoices, completed work, third-party fees, or costs incurred before cancellation.

If services are cancelled, THICKRIM may provide reasonable handoff materials after all outstanding balances are paid. Migration, export, transfer, or offboarding work may require a separate fee.
