- Domain, DNS, hosting, CMS, CRM, analytics, and platform access
- Product or service details
- Legal disclaimers and regulated content
- Pricing, warranties, and offer details
- Review and approval of content before launch
- Timely feedback and decisions
- Payment according to agreed terms
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.
Client delays may affect timelines, launch dates, performance, cost, and project availability.
THICKRIM may pause work if required information, approvals, access, or payment is not provided.
